What is PBTEX100?

PBTEX100 is a non-woven, permeable geotextile fabric engineered for reliable performance across all common drainage applications. Manufactured at 100 g/m² with a thickness of 1.4–1.7mm, it is quick and easy to cut and install with minimal effort.

Designed for durability, PBTEX100 offers a permeability rating of ≤0.2, allowing effective water flow, while its tear strength of ≥1.25 provides added resistance during installation and use. It is also resistant to rot, chemicals, and biological attack, making it a cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications.

PBTEX100 forms a dependable protective layer between the ground and overlying materials such as aggregates or paving systems, separating different ground layers to prevent unwanted mixing. This helps keep the subgrade soil intact and maintains long-term surface stability.

Its permeable structure also provides effective filtration, allowing water to pass through freely while retaining soil and silt. By stopping these particles from entering drainage or aggregate layers, it helps reduce clogging and keeps systems performing efficiently.

In addition, PBTEX100 supports controlled water flow, helping manage excess moisture and reduce water buildup beneath surfaces, particularly in areas exposed to heavy rainfall. This improves ground stability and enhances long-term performance.
